2014... And it's flooded again.

Intriguingly, we started 2014 with a much heavier than anticipated spate of rainfall. Once again my garage is damp. Hopefully it will dry up in a few days as I would like to get the lower radiator hose and fan mounts both sorted so I can work on getting the car to idle properly.

At the moment, I think it's running too rich as it seems to struggle to idle for more than a minute or so, and then won't restart unless I crank it continually with the fuel pump switched off (and then turn the pump back on again). I am guessing I've calculated the adjustment incorrectly for the ECU however without a wideband oxygen sensor I'm only really shooting in the dark; ideally all I need is for it to idle consistently enough to be able to check and set timing once it's got some coolant (or water) in it for now.
